The Swedish government’s bill referring to Biorecro report
The Swedish government with environmental minister Lena Ek made a bill in reaction to EU’s CCS directive. The bill refers to Biorecro’s report about the possibility to create large-scale negative emissions in Sweden with the BECCS technique and that the cost for this will be lower than the current Swedish tax on carbon dioxide emissions.
